Zen Desire is a singer-songwriter & musician based in Memphis, TN. Her musical style is rooted in jazz with the spirit of hip hop, the smoothness of R&B & the sensibility of pop.
On her journey to becoming a professional music artist, she has blossomed into various roles including clerk & brand ambassador for Shangri-La Records, vinyl-only DJ at Central Station Hotel, assistant to Tommy Wright III, & receptionist at Ardent Recording Studios.
When she’s not writing songs or working on various projects, she’s chilling with her cat, Venus, reading Vogue and drinking hot tea.
